A&A Shipping Co. Sp. z o.o. (formerly Andy Shipping Agency) was founded in 1998. The company’s founder, Andrzej Stachyra, has remained its president to this day. In 2003, after new shareholders joined the company, it changed its name to the current one. The headquarters is located in Szczecin.

Since its inception, we have been recruiting sailors and officers for employment on commercial vessels. Thanks to years of experience, we are able to meet the expectations of both seafarers seeking employment and shipowners looking for highly qualified crews for their vessels.
