Founded on December 6, 1999, as Teamwork Gdynia.

It was one of the first shipowner representatives in Poland – representing the Hartmann Group from Leer, which currently includes Hartmann Dry Cargo Germany, Hartmann Gas Carriers Germany, Hartmann Offshore, Intership Navigation, and Donnelly Tanker Management.

Hartmann Crew Consultants currently manages commercial vessels in the bulk carrier, container ship, general cargo, LPG, and tanker segments, as well as offshore vessels of the AHTS type.
